    Cravings help

    Ok so I've gotten myself in pretty good shape, cleaned up my diet, lost a significant about of fat, and packed on a decent amount of muscle over the past 18 months or so. I'm getting married this May and would like to finally get really lean. Does anyone have advice on how to control cravings? I'm good about 80-85 percent of the time! I need help for the last 15-20!

    Glad you cleaned up ur diet, eating food without washing it could be really harmfull, now about ur question.

    water and green tea helps against craving during my cuts.

    depends on what causes the craving. ie:
    long span before the last meal (I eat every ~3 hrs)
    very salty/sugary last meal (eat so you dont get sugar highs/crashes)
    not enough fiber/fat in diet. (i have fish oil pills or flax seeds with just about every meal)
    seeing/smelling something you like (get rid of temptation)

    I drink about 1gal green tea (2 tea bags cold brewed in fridge every night) + ~5 extra water 0.5l bottles evey day. Probably helps.
