Another great arms workout today. Its either the APE or the fact im lifting in front of people at a campus gym but been getting a sick pump and hitting some solid numbers. Havent done some of these exercises in awhile and it feels good to go in and rep previous maxes.

Brah, I ran my 1rm numbers on that and it puts me at 185! My numbers are going up next cycle!

Deadlifts today and I am happy with my results! This was the heavy week and I decided to work on the grip strength. I only got 2 reps without wrist straps and got 3 more with straps. I am only claiming the 2 for my 1rm but still happy with the lift!

Cruising through this. Diet is money, IF is amazing once you get on point. Workouts are solid. Squats could be heavier but Im not gonna complain about a PR. Looking leaner by the day and after taking measurements today and comparing to previous ones, im adding size in the right areas and dropping inches in the problem areas, great success

Yesterday was a cardio day so I didn't post. I finally got off my ass and went for a run. Starting out easy and just did a 3 miler around the neighborhood. I plan to run again on Saturday or Sunday. My goal is to get up to about 10 miles a week! Tomorrow is legs day with a motivating 275 on the squats!

What are your thoughts on IntraXcell?
I used it for the secound time today, I love the tingling sensation, and crazy focus. Looking forward to see longterm effects. The presurge is great too, good pumps lots of energy.
