So i finally tried Endothil CR, It costs so much for a supplement that is untested in my eyes.
IT WORKS: I added 3/4 of an inch to EACH arm in 4 weeks. NO $hit.
I gained about 4-5 pounds during this period but noticed minimal gains elsewhere...not sure as to why.
I took it for a month, using the workout they provided. Eating clean albeit a LOT as usual(still bulking, yea i bulked through my first summer)
My usual workout is a 5 on 2 off split so they workout they provided:MON WED FRI was a step down in intesnity.
I was however Very satisfied with the feeling the workout left me. The triple super set or Mega set was quick and painful, providing an incredible pump.
I would buy this product again, but i would modify the workout...first timers, give their workout a try and see what you think.
Has anyone else tried this? Any one see similar results?

endothil reply
I have a hard time crediting what has given me the extra muscle I've gained. I've been using endothil for about 5 weeks but I have also been using cytosport's muscle milk and packing on 3000-3500 calories a day. People discredit endothil because it has green tomato extract. Its the riboflavin that makes it effective. I did not use the routine they provided.
Your biceps probally got good results because you exhausted them better than the rest of your groups. (biceps are easy to isolate)
I didn't take measurements when I first started taking endothil, though the results are visable. I took my measurements about a week ago and I'll retake them in a month or so while continuing taking it and muscle milk with the extra calories and get back at you with my progress.
let me know your measurements in about a month and we'll see how well it works.

this product, just like NO2 is nothing more than an overmarketed way for the companies to get money. I tried it and it isn't worth a damn. before you start trying to discredit me just check out my signature. I'm not some 120 lb teenager with 11" arms. I've been in the iron game awhile and I know that nothing works like food, protein powder, and vitamins.

meh...
Well im not saying you guys are wrong...everyone is entitled to their opinion. I was just offering my experience with a product that had a lot of hype. When i started taking it i was ultra consistant with my diet and workouts when i hit a big plateau. I started taking endothil and gained inches on my arms...Im not saying it was ALL endothil, or that its some miracle pill to add inches to your arms...It worked for me...? If youre curious, try it, its not a total waste of money.
BTW, i have never taken a NO2 product consistantly but i did try a few sample bottles...they do work, you cant argue with the chemistry and medical data that back them up. Specific products that claim all kinds of stuff may be a little bogus but if they contain Arginine AKG they will make you stronger, and more pumped.

im using endothil right now
I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. The only thing i seem to be gaining anything on is my biceps. I have not followed their work out as its nothing compared to my own. Also i have upped my protein intake to about 200g aday I weigh 175. The only thing i have noticed is that after I do a set it seems to take less time for my muscle to be ready to do another set.

so...do what u do and don't let anyone change it
if it doesn't work for you it doesn't, but let your body make that decision, not some person in a forum

diet
no i did not change my diet...ive been eating clean for about a year. However If you want any results from any supplement you need to first assess your diet, supplements are just that: supplemental to your diet.
I said it was untested because i feel that most supplements are largely untested. a few studies done by the originating company does not make a supplement tested in my eyes. Supplements such as whey protein, creatine, BCAA, ZMA and many more...are what i would refer to as "tested"
as for having under 10 posts, who gives a $hit? what does that say about me? im new to the board? Does that mean i dont know how to eat, work out, or write a supplement review based on my opinion? if you dont agree, thats fine. Im just trying to help people, god forbid someone newer than i succeed in living a more fulfilling and healthy lifestyle, or worse, feel good in their skin!

you guys are being dumb, dont buy, do research
endothil is dog crap, look up riboflavin, the so called miracle ingredient, its just another b vitamin that is in milk and cheese, and leafy greens. oh and green tomatoes, you can get at the store. its claims are right, you need riboflavin to stay healthy and it will help to gain muscle, reduce fat......but, your paying for a pill when you could just eat food. ENDOTHIL IS WORTHLESS!!!!
it tries to look like a freaking drug, when its nothing at all!!!!*****...sometimes knowing it's in the medicine cabinet is enough to calm me down.

OK, well i know alot of you dont like this product but honestly i think it a good product to stack with somthing else. I have taken this product 3 times and everytime i take it not only do i experience strength gains but also my recovery time is much quicker than usual. I stacked it last time with NanoX9 and my gains were great. I wouldnt bash this product per say until you really look at what its meant to do. I notice alot of guys dislike this product and the only conclusion i get from this is because it doesnt give you that rush or animal feeling after you take it. I think if anything its worth it if you are a heavy lifter who relys on fast recovery. Great to stack like i said. Hope that might help alittle.
Also dirtydean12, I have way more than just 10 posts haha

I've used endothil-cr without stacking it with anything except of course whey protein. I really didn't experience any big gains in my upper body. The only thing I noticed remotely good about it was my leg strenth went up quite a bit. Overall, I would rate this stuff as total garbage and a waste of my money.

all i am trying to say is that you are wasting your money, when you could just be getting your source of vitamin b2 from any little amount of food. it is a scam like enzyte guys, dont waste your money. be smart about this guys.
