UFC Welterweight Champion
Questions like this always made me wonder. Who do you guys think would win in a fight? A 170lb world champion fighter, or a MUCH MUCH MUCH bigger, stronger powerlifter. I know Matt Hughes fights for a living, but at what point, if ever, does size become too much of a factor to overcome?

you are officially fuking retarded, world strongest man would destroy him just putting pressure with one hand on his pencil neck, plus pudz is into boxing, martial arts, and has a personal defense teaching company

I think Mariusz does a tonne of muay thai. That said, if he does no grappling at all, Matt is a world class wrestler, would come in at 200+lbs if he wanted, take him down and submit him.

Umm if Hughes tried to submit him Pudz would just pull away with ease. Seriosly, hughes is not strong enough to hold pudz in place for submission.
While were on topic, Who can hit harder?
Pudz or Mike Tyson

Have to say pudz would probably win. There is a point when sheer strength can over power. His grip has to be strong enough to literally crush one of matts arms.

Hughes is a champion fighter. I do not care if he Maurisz is a blackbelt in karate. The only thing Pudz might last through is 5 minutes-first round, either that happens or a quick finish by matt.

It's am unfair match. Pudz is too big/strong for Matt. However, if Matt Hughes was bigger/stronger, he would destroy Pudz. Skill > strength in fighting/marshall arts. Just look at Pride fighting where some 200 pound dude just kills a 400 lb. dude. Matt's cardio is definitely stronger.

A lot of the time, a smaller guy will kick the crap out of a bigger guy. I see it all the time during Jui Jitsu tourney's.
