I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my left knee. One doctor told me never to train legs with weights for the rest of my life and another told me I can train legs but with higher reps and low intensity. If you currently lift weights and have arthritic knees, can you post how you go about training? I was thinking of just doing some leg press, Romanian deadlifts, and calf raises around the 15 rep range.
