    newbie

    hi friends out there,
    i'm a newbie to bodybuliding and i wish is have a strong and well tonned body.

    i came into this forum hoping that i can get some training tips and how to train on specific parts of the body like shoulders, chest and etc.

    however, i have difficulty understanding term like Hammer Curls, Deadlift, flyes and many others.

    i was wondering is there any website where i can find out are all those term refering to. and to keep it as a referance.

    As we know Picture/diagram/video speak a thousand words.
