I am on a very good cut diet designed by Chuck Rudolf, doing 30 to 45 min cardio 4 days a week, nothing hard just a brisk walk on the treadmill keeping my heart rate around 125 to 130 and I am drinking a truck load of water too. So I really feel I will make it, if not, I will still compete in the 220lb class, what the heck. Its a learning thing and for fun. Besides, I only trained my azz off for a "BENCH PRESS 300lbs CLUB" T-shirt. lol J/K

Just curious, what are you putting up on bench as of now? You've got to remember as well that if you go losing all that weight in such a short time your power on bench will surely struggle...
You've got a pretty lofty goal to lose 1/2lb per day for a month. I'm not trying to discourage or anything, as I hope that you can pull it off. I just don't think you're being very realistic.

When i first started my routine my 1RM RAW was a touch n go 315lbs. As of this past Thursday I did 2 sets of 2 with 325lbs with a 3 second pause on each rep. According to the "numbers" my new 1RM should be 340lbs. I am very confident I could walk in the gym today, do a good warmup and stretch and be able to hit 330lbs to 335lbs with a brief pause. It is very surprising to me that I am eating approx 2600 cal workout days and 2300 off days and my strength is still with me, of course it would be allot better if I were eating more. I know it sounds like a crazy not gonna happen goal to hit 350 but thats just what it is, a goal. I will most likely open with 315lbs, then 335lbs (because I know I can hit those weights) then on my last attempt I will either go for the 350lbs, if i feel i can do it, or just go for 340lbs. I have 27 days left of quality food going in and butt busting weight training...all i can do now are these two and HOPE

well quiggs, you were right, my goal was a bit to much for me. my diet was solid for cutting but it distroyed my strength, i am struggling with 225 to 250 now. so i will go back to my original bulk diet that helped me add size and strength, take burn3d and see what happens. i will train for another bench meet down the road, i need time to increase me strength and size then slowly diet down, i went WAAAY to fast.
