    Exclamation i wanna grow taller !

    hi everybody!
    I'm new here!
    please help me!
    I want to grow in height.
    I am aproaching to 18, I have 60 kg and 1.75 cm , I am an ectomorph.
    my parents are: dad 173cm, mom 157
    I want to take a supplement that increase Human Growth Hormon production, with ornitine/arginine. I want to take Calcium+Crom+Zinc+Magnesium and a vitamin&minerals complex for helping bone growth. and some protein powders to have proteins in my body.
    beside supplement, i will do stretching, maybe volleyball, and i will sleep 8 hours per night.
    if i use those supplements, are there any side effects?
    can I make acromegaly? because HGH level is increased.

    I need help ! thank you very much!!
