order your shiat online...way cheaper then in a real store.
personally i say whatever glutamine is cheapest is my favorite. IF you need to take more then another brand, at least it was cheap

It sounds like glutamine peptides in general don't have the flavor/taste that is desirable.
I have a product right now that has glutamine peptides. I have to wash it down with something like orange juice.
Next time I'll go for something without a bad flavor. Because overall, I won't take something consistently if the taste sucks!

it's to small piece!!!!
you must take at least 1g per every 1kg of ypur body, but in my opinion it is still to small piece
the best is when you takes glutamine after training(in days when you aren't traning take that at the same time in the day ) and before sleep in 20g dose:-)

Yes, I am too good for nutritional facts, the RDA for zinc is 15 mg's, however with the way foods are today (i take it you already know) and the absourption rate of vitamins in your daily one a day, 15 mg's would be ridiculus for any athlete. The jug of glutamine says to take 5 grams, it looks like you're getting a whole lot more then you really are, but considering muscular size and weight of an individual can differ from person to person, it would be worthless to take 5 grams, since 5 grams would be so small in comparason to what your body is actually in need of. Glutamine stores are depleated specificially under stressful times (cutting) and supplementing with glutamine keeps these levels high, which avoids muscular break down caused by lack of stored L-glutamine, Asside from that, I think a deeper understanding of glutamine and how it works is necessary before you base your dosage and "advice" on the subject.
