actually your age doesnt matter to a point, what matters is how long you been lifting to get to where you are. oh and umm i hope you are trying to bulk b4 decmeber. i mean you have awile to go if you wana beat me when we have our pose down. i will be posting some pics this week, so you know what you are up agianst. just remember the last pics you seen of me were old. so i have gotten bigger since then. and my lifts have gone up alot since then too thankfully. i was stuck on a plateua there for awile.

Hey chisle..I'm working hard dude..just got over being depressed,and I havent lifted any weights this week,but starting monday im hitting the weight room,im also going to start lifting 4 days a week and eating 8 meals a day,with snacks in between the meals..AND,as soon as I get some money im going to go get a 7lb bucket of creatine,some whey protein,and some amino acids.So...Hopefully...I will be ready by december I wish you the best luck dude!
