I stay away from cardio. I mean unless your trying to develop/increase your cardiovascular ability/stamina its worthless. Weightlifting when done correctly for cutting purposes burns more fat while increasing muscle mass... if that’s what your trying to do.
However I do play bball for about half an hour 3 times a week. I could never stop playing the game but I did cut back on how low I play because it was just burning to much muscle."It will make you feel enormous."

30 min in the morning/30 min at night, an hour a day all week and I'll rest on the days I'm tired

This is probably quite low intensity, but I walk home from school and I walk to school everyday. It's a 20-25 minute walk..around a 3 kilometer walk..
Apart from that,I do cycling 2-3 times a week..for 15 minutes each.
I keep my cardio as a secondary objective, lifting is my first and its working wonders for me.I,and only I am the SOLE KEY to my SUCCESS
