    I stay away from cardio. I mean unless your trying to develop/increase your cardiovascular ability/stamina its worthless. Weightlifting when done correctly for cutting purposes burns more fat while increasing muscle mass... if that’s what your trying to do.

    However I do play bball for about half an hour 3 times a week. I could never stop playing the game but I did cut back on how low I play because it was just burning to much muscle.

    I wake up every morning at 6, and don't do it...
    So i substitute it and do it in the evening.. 30mins of running.

    35 minutes 5-6 times a week (depends on how many leg days I have that week: 1 or 2). Low-moderate intensity.

    Right now, I am doing cardio 2-3x a week on my bulk to maintain cardiovascular fitness that I have. When I start my cut I will be doing cardio 6-7x a week.

    Deadlift:415lbs
    Bench:250bs
    All done with single ply equipment

    i dont do any cardio.

    im clean bulking and at the minute my metabolism is through the roof.

    i really should do at least one or two cardio days a week but to be honest i absolute hate cardio.

    I do a lot of ropework... everyday, builds up a leg / hand coordination like nothing else and can get very intense using the upper bodyaswell as ur legs
    the funny thing is that after like a 10-15 min round you could end up hacing pump in ur hands better then a 20 rep curl

    This is probably quite low intensity,but I walk home from school and I walk to school everyday.It's a 20-25 minute walk..around a 3 kilometer walk..

    Apart from that,I do cycling 2-3 times a week..for 15 minutes each.

    I keep my cardio as a secondary objective,lifting is my first and its working wonders for me.
