I am currently taking the mega men's pac (18 months), but am looking to see if I need to change. I see there are lots of people here use the Animal pac, I am looking at losing more weight and I have been on a 1800 calorie diet. If I go to the Animal pac do I go to the cuts?

Orange triad. Love it's formula with joint support. Don't think I ever switched to anything else. Tried animal pak but got a bit tired after a while taking 30 + pills everyday.
Everyday I'm in pain; good pain. If one cannot go through this pain period, forget it.

Even though I felt like a boss taking animal paks up until last year, you really can't beat the added benefits with OT. OT ftw

Lifepak Nano by Pharmanex is BY FAR the best multivitamin sup out there. Enhanced molecular delivery is a claim that a lot of companies have made, but very few have actually delivered. Pharmanex was featured on the discovery channel and the LifePak Nano is actually listed in the PDR (Physicians Desk Reference) and described in the PDR as having a superior absorption rate and vastly increased bio availability. It is the only multivitamin that I haven't pissed out (that is why your pea turns yellow or orange when you take most multivitamins). There is a distinct and noticeable difference when I miss even one day, which I don't do anymore =).
I will say that the Lifepak Nano is definitely very pricy by comparison (about $150 a month), but it literally has everything you need separated into 7 different pills that come in a convenient little pack. CoQ10 check! Omegas including fish oils check! Vitamins A-E check! the list goes on and the amounts are just right, what you need and nothing more.
Don't take my word for it.. Go search the web for more info on Pharmanex and the Lifepak Nano multivitamin pack and see how this stacks up with what you are currently taking. This stuff actually increased the results I was seeing from my workouts! I sleep better, and have more energy in general. Seriously check it out. =D

I keep switching between OT and Anavite. I feel like I get a lot more value out of OT since it comes with 270 pills which makes it last longer than the 30day supply of Anavite. I typcially take the suggested 6pills/day both recommend.
I also like the joint support with OT since it helps with my elbow pain quite a bit! However, Anavaite does give me the get up and go feeling more than any multi I've taken with it's high dose of Beta-Alanine! I'm currently using two 30day supplies of Anavite but will probably go back to OT after that. Both are great.
I've heard so much about animal pack but the thought of taking so many pills is a turn off for me.Currently using: Pre-Workout Boost: (Black Majgic:BZRK, Recon1:Total War, Alpha Lion:Superhuman) Intra:(Xtend) Proteins (Nutrabio,Truvani Plant Based). Orange Triad Multi, Nordic Naturals Fish Oil, Cognition Enhancement.
