pretty sure i put down in my email i can start it the day i get it or at latest the next day depending on my schedule. also do you think a "semi" velocity diet would be alright? my schedule is so weird and i cant eat at work, if not i can try and figure out a way to fit everything in but i was thinking 3 shakes a day.Originally Posted by pu12en12g

thats what i have been doing for alittle over a week now so i will keep it the same for the duration of the log as well. i just know if i dont do this i will look for something quick to eat and living in NY there are pizza places and fast food places on every corner if not more than that. on a side note i feel like a huge dork, i told a ton of my friends about trying out a new supp and all, im very excited about this.Originally Posted by pu12en12g

nvm ^ , just wanted to say thanks a lot CL guys seriously you have never let me down in anything i have purchased from CL.
The GM is Delicious(2nd tub), WF is f'in excellent(favorite Pre @ cost), Orange Triad is a perfect "everything" multi too, I've tried GB & WF and they delivered as well. Looking forward to getting GFH too after i run outa GM & WF hopefully it'll be in a stack on bb.com
