Can someone tell me if either of these two diets are good for losing fat? I'm 227 and 24-27% bf. I'm trying to get down to 175 and than start clean bulking. I haven't found a good diet so far...

Means nothing without your macros. If your macros are in check then sure your diet is fine. Just worry about getting enough protein ( about 1 gram per pound of bodyweight )and fats ( atleast 0.5 grams per pound of bodyweight ) and fill in the rest with whatever suits you Eat at a deficit of 500 calories a day until you get to your desired weight simples
