Hi.
The members of this forum know sooo much info on supplements. Could you helps us swimmers out for a second please? Olympic swimmers, World Record holders, and aspiring champions need some of your knowledge. No joke, you will be conversing with the best in the world, no exaggeration. It would really help some of us out. Some of the debates on supplements are pathetic. We need a mentor.
If anybody has a second please check it out and give us your 2 cents.
