Devil your muscles will fill back up when you do your carb refeeds.
How are you going about dieting like this with PT? I would HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest looking into a BCAA supplement to sip on in your camelpak when on a run.The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins

To be honest I would look into Scivation Xtend. Its a much better product when BCAA's are concerned. Purple Wraath I beleive is a prop blend? I'm not totally sure.
As for the diet. Its kinda hard when you live in the brks. But you can get by. THe thing that sucks the most is microwaving eggs the stench those little f*ckers give off. Gets me worried cause I nuke eggs the morning of field day inspectionThe Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. I can safely say from experience that purple wraath does not kick you out of keto :P I have two scoops either before or during workouts no problem. There is no sugar or carbs in it. On a side note, I forgot it on yesterdays workout and I had nowhere near as much energy
To the guy who said xtend is better, I totally disagree. I've tried both and purple wraath definately works better for me anyway.

Good to go Keto
After my Carb up weekend where i gaind freakin 15lbs, I dropped it all over a 5 day span. I really wants some carbs this weekend but im gonna hold off on that till the weight lss slows downs some. I took in about 2400 cals today, bout 100g fat and bout 250-300g protein with no more than 30g carbs. This deit is so freakin easy to follow and it works, ill way past the mental barrier of puttin olvie oil on everything and eating whole fat cheese. Keto is truly the way to go...
