I hate to give Muscle tech another plug but Ive been on pumptech for 3 days and everything is swole about the same results I got from the 1st NO2. Even without working out. Its expensive though. Rather than the directions on the bottle I take 5 tabs 3 times a day being that Im over 200 lbs

Can you say placebo effect?

Today I ate 3 orange tic-tacs and OMG! I got the biggest pumps of my life!! I'm almost positive it was the tic-tacs and not the high intensity workout.

Tomorrow I'm going to stack the tic-tacs with a sprig of parsley, I can't wait! I'm sure my pumps will almost hurt.

I tried the sample pack I received in the mail and, yeah, I got a little "pump," but like Lee Priest said on his thread, you can get the same effect from a Kit Kat bar.
