Exercises that should be used more/ effective exercises

Here's my list of exercises that I believe are effective or should be used more:
Chest- squeeze press/ cable bench press
Back- Sternum chinup/ incline dumbell rows
    Biceps- Drag curl/incline curls
    Triceps- Heavy lockouts
    Forearm- wrist roller
Shoulders- "W" to "y" shoulder press/ incline laterals/ cable laterals
    Quads- Sissy squats/ front squats
Hamstring- Glute ham raise/ Romanian deadlifts
Calves- Various slow negative techniques and stretching in the bottom position of calve raises
Abs- Weighted crunches on a swiss ball for stretching the ab muscles/ ab roller.

These are just some good exercises IMO.

Well I kind of figured that they are being used effectively and frequently enough. Besides, I personally feel that front squats work the quads harder and it is harder to cheat on it, making it a superior quad exercises. I did include the Romanian deadlift variation for the hamstrings though.
