How many different exercises should I be doing?

When lifting, how many different sets should I be doing? I try to do about five different types of exercises per muscle. With three sets of ten on each one. It's a less for back days with about two different exercises per muscle. I don't know if I'm overdoing it or need to be doing more. Thanks for any help, Bob

Depends how experienced you are. If you are fairly new to lifting, then read the stickies. If not, then you need to give more info about your experience level, how much you lift, your program, etc.
