I am a firm believer that fast food places are not equipped to handle special orders. In and Out might be the only one but all the others if you want say no ketchup, it will 100% of the time be screwed up.

Another thing I hate is that they use the same knife for the relish spread as they do for the mustard, so even if you order without you still end up getting relish residue on your sandwich. Last time I got this and a stale bun, and I just ended up throwing everything away and walking out.

Even In n Out f's this up every now and then, they won't add the pickles

But I always go custom and they never add the spread which I wouldn't eat. I'd throw it out instead

The location of in n out is what makes it garbage. Went once when I was stationed at Pendleton just to see what the hype was about. Literally just an average fast food burger
