Never really saw the need to do these before, but I started doing these a couple weeks ago and fuark, they feel so badass. I keep going up in weights/ reps every week. I think by the end of the year I'll be able to do 225 for reps SRS

Used to and enjoyed it. Hoping I can successfully rehab my shoulder back to the point where I can do them again. I didn't injure it doing OHP but OHP aggravates it. I'm getting there. Goal is bodyweight some day but that's going to be tough. Best I ever did was like 160 or 165 when I weighed around 180. I'm 190 now.
