What is Fierce 5 dumbbell routine workout days?

    Hello everyone

I would like to start the Fierce 5 dumbbell routine. Do you know the workout days? I was guessing it's the same as the barbell routine but I want to make sure.

I'm thinking A skip day B skip day A and rotate.

Dude, make your own routine. It's not rocket science. If you are new to it. No shame in that. Research it first. Then just do it

Correct, it's the same as the barbell routine.

Good call sticking with a proven novice program. While you can research and figure out your own program, there's no reason to reinvent the wheel and I can't remember the last time a novice posted a program here that they wrote which did not have serious flaws.
