That's an entirely separate point. Boring =/= cringe. Gym can be boring, but its a convenient and efficient way of getting consistent exercise and ultimately staying on top of your health and lifestyle - all objectively good things

staying on top of your health should simply be a byproduct of living a life doing things that need to be done or you enjoy doing. like someone that works in the yard, enjoys kayaking/hiking and doesn't eat too much...being in shape is just something that happens...it's not a pursuit all on its own.

Not me. You can get a different type of workout at home but gyms have a lot of different things and you have to actually dress up and get a preworkout in and you are surrounded by your peers. I like a gym with good looking people because it motivates me and I want to stay in with them

For legs, probably just hamstring curl, leg extension, calf raise and leave. Just to prevent atrophy.

I don't get why they are always in crowds? I remember the hot guys at the gym 10 years ago and they would maybe talk to each other in passing but do their own thing.
