Black coffee, 3 sunny-side up eggs, rye toast and some fresh fruit is the best basic brekkie... On a bulk or devil may care weekend, toss in the good stuff.... bacon, sausage, hashbrowns... eggs fried in bacon is god tier.

Yogurt is fake news sick of people thinking it'd healthy.
Even raw yogurt is nit that healthy because to make raw yogurt it has to be heated. So the store pasteurized yogurt is just trash.
Why nit crack 8 raw eggs and drink some raw milk you'll feel great.
