Switched up my diet to mostly fresh foods in 2024
Just had my first frozen dinner: P.F. Chang's Mongolian beef
Just had diarrhea and need to go again

For some reason every processed food removes all fiber. I don't think there is a single highly processed food in the supermarket which is high in fiber.
Does anyone know why they do this?
Is it so the carbs can enter your body faster and "hit harder" (and make you crave more)?
Or is it an unavoidable side effect of processing food?
Or something else?
