I had that problem and found a good solution was to just cork my ass. No chit, and one time I left it in and was able to shoot the eye out of mugger because a shot it out like a champagne bottle with a fart.

I've had this happen before. If ur using preworkout make sure u take a chit before u squat srs. Otherwise you'll be rocking brown pants.
