    Exclamation Protein supplement ⛳️⛳️⛳️

    Looking to get a better protein supplement. Right now I’m using body fortress. Which I think it’s not too bad but it’s just a Walmart brand so was curious if there was something better. Thanks for any help

    I can't speak from experience on the Body Fortress protein, but there are a lot of options. Are you looking for a whey protein specifically?

    I was doing some research and it might be wrong but they said that whey turns into like 90% sugar once you take it. That might not be true just read it somewhere so I was looking at different options
