I had a dumbass former roommate who broke into our old ground level apartment through a window at like 3am once instead of just calling me. Lucky we didn't get the cops called on us, plus the idiot was secretly selling weed which I didn't realize until I had signed a lease.

There are so many issues with everything that occurred in that video. The YT comments always get me because people always respond based on their emotions. There's a bunch of what if this, what if that's.

There is no right or wrong. Of course one should be able to walk to their door with a gun in hand, but why would you? Especially in plain view from the window. Maybe they heard the door knock, maybe not. Maybe they heard them identify themselves maybe not.

What if the girl who broke in was being stalked and was being held at gunpoint? She then gets forced to go to her apartment and acts like she doesn't have the keys, so the person forces her to go in through the window.

Once police show up, the robber ( the girl with a gun in her hand) goes to answer the door to take care of the cops and that is why she had the gun in her hand. The sheriffs don't have a clue all they see is gun, so they start shooting. Should they have unloaded their mags? No, but adrenaline is pumping, fight or flight kicks in. Man, that's a bad position to be in. I am not on either side, it's crazy. There are so many scenarios that are possible in this situation.

Lastly, if they don't draw their weapons and shoot, they don't know if that person is about to open the door and unload on them. if only there was better footage of the window and door.

yeah when you look further into it, that obese black female who got blasted was stupid as hell, if she really broke a window to enter the building, and then when the cops said police open up and she came to the door with a GUN she was likely thinking Im fukked, they caught me stealing!
