Caffeine 200mg (I train 5am) helps me wake up, creatine, citruline malate, beta alanine, taurine & l-tyrosine. Buy it individually and just prep them in small Tupperware each week. Have that first thing basically upon waking with some squash.
Then some highly branched cyclic dextrin just before and during workout.
