This idea that you have to do all these elaborate things to have good teeth is cope.

Teeth like everything else are mostly genetics.

A lot of times i only brushed my teeth once a day, dont floss unless i feel something stuck in there. Use a regular tooth brush no fancy water pik or any of that crap. Have gone a few years inbetween dental cleanings...


And guess what no cavities and dentist is amazed when i tell them i havent had a cleaning in 2 years, almost no plaq build up. They always ask me what I do and even they have to admit its just all genetics.

They literally told me "you keep doing what youre doing and you will have great teeth your entire life", im like I know they been telling me that for 20 years and we still good.

agreed but alot of teeth health is how well you take care of them. if you don't brush 2-3x a day and floss you'll probably gonna have issues eventually. also how high your sugar intake is. what causes cavities is prolonged sugar on your teeth

its not even the sugar itself, its the bacteria that eats it and thats another part of genetics, some people dont have as much of that bacteria in their mouth

Can confirm. Buddy of mine has super janked up teeth and we're the same age. He doesn't smoke, drink coffee, dip etc. All I do is brush twice a day and my teeth are white and fairly straight. I'm pretty sure he brushes his teeth; although, I never asked him, just assumed that was standard
