    300lb bodybuilder

    Hi all,

    Is something like this achievable with lots of food and hard work or is that delusional thinking and peds are required for this?

    In case you're actually serious and this helps with your endeavors, your posts lately (particularly in the Nutrition forum) seem to be trolling.

    You personally need to be able distinguish muscle from bodyfat when you look in the mirror.

    It’s not just you. The majority of people severely underestimate how much fat they have. Once they diet down to a real 12% they are way way smaller.

    Thought your threads were just massive trolls

    When you actually cut down to sub 12% you'll be surprised to find out just how much fat you were carrying

    For reference on what is achieveable natural, most people can eventually get to a normalized FFMI index of 21, for some it may take many years or even a lifetime.

    FFMI 22 is possible for some with many years of consistent perfect training and nutrition, but this is genetically dependent. Maybe only realistic for the top 10% or less.

    FFMI of 23 is really only possible with elite genetics and a lifetime of training and nutrition, only a handful of people in the history of human population.

    *edit*
    Look at Shaun Clarida for an excellent example of elite genetics as a natural, and then elite genetics as a non-natural. As a natty he was 5'2" at 130 lbs stage weight. Getting into normalized FFMI of 24 just isn't a thing naturally.

    Yeppp. For reference I’m a pretty average guy. I started training at 13 at about 135 lbs. Obviously I would have gained a lot of weight even without lifting since that was during puberty. So after puberty I was about 150 lbs at 12% body fat. Nowadays at 12 % I’m about 178 ish lbs. So basically after training forever I only gained about 30 lbs of muscle over my lifting career. Depressing but sometimes the truth hurts lol

    I have been trying to shave off fat for a long time. Easier said than done. It takes both diet, dedication and training to accomplish.
