I find it hilarious that Rontards are going hard on Trump for his covid policies and for not firing Fauci while their messiah locked our state down for a full fuking month and thought Fauci was a swell fella

Face it, this guy is a hack. You don't have to like Trump but don't kid yourself about Ron

I would hope they listened to their advisors. But aren't the governors the executors? Who should be held responsible for orders? Is Biden a bad leader or do we only hold his advisors responsible for his activities?
Or does this change depending on political orientation of the leader? If it is a leader you agree with, then it's the fault of the advisors. If not, it must be the leader's fault? Is that it?

He was. In the first big COVID thread on here (the one that started when it was first spreading in China and some of the early info was coming out), OP was fear mongering about a 30% fatality rate and how everyone is fukked. Srs.
Understandable he was scared due to his FAS and diabetes but don't let him fool you.Misc Crypto Crew

Early on DeSantis did support Trump and Fauci's lock down push. As the article points out, as i experienced living in Florida, and DeSantis wrote about in his book, the lockdowns in the sunshine state didn't last long.
As DeSantis has said, he looked into the lock downs, saw how Democrats and leftists in health care wanted many to lock down but when it came to BLM protestors they were declared safe and allowed to gather and not lockdown, so DeSantis went against Fauci and Trump for that matter with the COVID lockdowns. DeSantis allowed the state of Florida to open back up, with some sensible protection procedures.

... a Governor with one of the shortest lockdown periods gets a "lockdown" nickname

PS: It's really hard to try to rewrite history when everyone you're addressing actually lived through and remembers that history.

This.. Rob is in the middle of the pack on how he handled covid.. With supporting Fauci and lockdowns, wearing masks on live TV, promoting vaccines on live TV, threatening hospitals to give jabs faster or lose them, shielding hospitals and providers from covid related injuries... He's actually below average in handling covid among republican governers.

If we dug through their quotes, I wonder who praised Fauci more?
Meanwhile, on this one - I judge by actions. Trump faltered, Desantis overall paved the way.All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
