    Maximize strength AND minimize size

Can you point me to program(s) that maximize strength and either minimize size or are size-neutral?

It really has been my goal the whole time, I have recently watched videos of Anatoly on youtube which is a prime example of that, I don't know if it is nature or nurture, but he sure is amazing for his slim size...

Yes, the program is called "NO to caloric surplus, YES to maintenance" by Jared Eatless.
The program is free and actually you can even save some money doing it.
I like to learn from the mistakes of the people who take my advice.

Can't maximise strength without adding size..
    Your ceiling will be low.

    But.

    Lots of singles
    Lots of frequentcy
    Minimal volume
    FMH crew - Couch.

'pick a program from the stickies' = biggest cop out post.

Just train and don't eat above maintenance. This is more or less what I do because I'm not interested in putting on size and I'm comfortable with minimal gains. Most people would find this frustrating though especially novices. A lean bulk is a better approach and then pick a program tailored to your goals. 5/3/1 might be worth considering in your case.
