I get what you are saying and the chips are stacked against us. To be fair very little has changed in terms of difficulty of being a man...The reality is that we took bullying away and fathers responsibility to give young men tough knocks and so we have this current society of men that are really boy children. In CC you learn the basics of the skill and then start at the bottom in a job. With on the job training, you learn the same things while getting paid. You also learn the skill the way the company wants you to do it. They don't have to train you to their procedures like they would after CC.
