TDEE is calculated different for different people. You can't gain in a deficit except with enhancement. Counting calories is tracking macros. You will not be skinny fat in an extended deficit. Eventually, you will only be skinny with 0 gains save for the enhancement.
Everyone here wants to look good while anabolic. Try to remember people like Zyzz that did that and died young. Don't over do it.
There is no FDA regulation on enhancement. You have no earthly idea the list of changes that take place internally/externally. Combining that with excessive caloric deficit can easily be fatal.
