So I got my gold's membership until Feb. 1st and am deciding to do a cut/fat loss for the remaining 7 weeks.
Starting stats: 5'8" 190 lbs, body fat around 20%

Calories for cut, around 2150. Will most likely increase to 2300 once my lifting gets into a groove.
Food for today- eggs sandwhich with butter and cheese, whey and milk shake. Dinner will be eggs, rice, veggies and meat.
I will not be doing extra-curricular sups (no sarms, mk or cardarine), just whey, creatine mono and good food.

since you dissed me in my thread i'll come at you....HARD..that's what the internet is for..am I rite? You look close to 30 percent bodyfat. Evevn cutting down youre not going to have much muscle left. My suggestion to you is stop doing so much cardio and slip into a calorie deficit and do heavy lifting and maybe try fasted lifting/cardio(worked for me). Make sure your sleep is on point and that you're not stressed because stress causes abdominal fat storage(studies show it).
Keep lifting heavy no matter what you decide to do and dont adhere to the 10-12 rep range will "Define" you. It's all bull****. Maintain your strength keep it heavy and keep lots of protein and a decent amount of carbs and low fat(thats what worked for me) and the fat will shed off.
Maybe do some HIIT sessions with bodyweight exercises that way you're not doing steady state cardio(because you would die honestly if you tried to jog3 miles at once) and do a minute of intense activity followed by thirty seconds of rest..doesn't matter how you fit it into your workout routine terry if the protein is there and the sleep you will be all good.
