calf raises 10 x 3
this is an excercise i made myself because i workout at home and dont have a squat rack. I basically deadlift the weight then snatch it and pull it dwn to my back for the squat. I do this 8 x 3.
3.chinups 2x3
4.pushups 8x5
5.behind the neck press. 10x5
6.bicep curls 10x5
7.dumbbell rows 12x5
8.plank 40 seconds x 5
I do this 3/4 times a week alongside my boxing which is 1/2 a week. I do a lighter routine on some of my offdays where i do some of these lifts for 3 sets. I am currently bulking so i feel well rested before each workout. Any advice or questions would be appreciated. Thank you.
