I can only do 80s for 6-8, and 70s for 10. But I’ve only been training for 2 years, consistently for 1 of those 2.

    Wish I knew these feels.

I used to rep 85x10 but always struggled to get them into position. Tried to move to 90s and straight dropped one.

It bounced into the weight rack and made a really loud slam. Whole gym stopped and looked.

Ever since, I preexhaust before doing dumbbell presses. Most of the time it's reps for 65-70.

110s is straight insane. Never seen it at my gym.

It’s harder getting them into position seated, standing I can just sorta clean them into position but as far as actually pressing, seated takes the cake.

    I'm getting back there.
Took a year 4 months absolutely no training.

Would be nice to hit the 110's again, albeit sketchy af, was very fun.
Adrenalin was through the roof when I did 74's for 10.

    Shouldn't be long now.

Some dudes have the body style for shoulder pressing, other dudes like me are limited

I think the further back your upper chest and back lean the better you are at it

I can hardly shoulder press 65s for 5, but I can rep out dips with 3 plates hanging from me
