It looks good, but imo, it would be in your advantage if you would eat more fresh fruit and veggies. I assume that is the food for 1 week. There is only a pineapple. I did the groceries on monday and I bought 1 kg blueberries, 1 pineapple, 1 kg grapes, 4 pomegranates, 5 lemons and 3 fresh mint things. 1 broccoli, bag on salad hearts, cucumber, onions, carrots, tomatoes, 3 bags of spring peas and 4 paprika peppers. This is just an example of what I buy from the farmers market weekly.

I surely think you should eat more fresh fruit, that´s not enough nutrition for a man. Please try

I’ve never eaten fruit and veg either I hate it. The only veg I’ll eat is cauliflower, onions and peppers and I don’t suooose that counts. As far as fruit goes the only fruit I like is pineapple but after a quarter pineapple it’s too sour and makes my tongue bleed lol
