I'm just proud that even if I fall off a little bit I'm not going to make it a full blown binge where I consume 6000 calories for the day.

I had to cut all nut butters and nuts from the diet. They’re to good to have when cutting. Can’t just have one serving only the whole container.

I'm pretty sure I still stayed under on my calories yesterday even though I had that beef salad for lunch. For dinner I ate 5 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon with water so unless that salad was 1500 calories (probably closer to 1k or under) I was still good for the day. Gonna weigh myself tonight to see if the scale is still moving in the right direction and adjust my eating if it isn't

So I haven't lifted weights in about two years. I'm a cyclist and I lost a fight to a car and a different fight to a wet set of trolley tracks - both blasted me for a half year of recover. Luckily I recovered from said injuries, bought a peloton, and doubled my income since I'm promoted to a full time WFH gig. I don't think I'll be riding outside for awhile though - even doing entry level stuff or events would burn far more time then hitting the gym a few days a week.

Luckily I didn't get fat. Now back to lifting this month! Gotta get in shape to start of my 30s

This is a good comment. In many cases the next day resets those cravings and they’re either gone or diminished. Just gotta make it through the night. Then again I’ve had mornings when I woke up ravenous but that is rare.

I just finished 1600 and I am grumpy. This has been going on for a month now and I'm getting weary. Luckily I have a buddy to help coach me on. She's this lady in Mississippi I met on a forum.

anyone else addicted to costco chicken thighs?? Currently cutting right now and found this to be more bearing and tasty compared to dried frozen breasts



im always making this with coconut milk curry marinade or cajun spice, was wondering if the fats in general from the thighs is hindering my progress.
