Been working so much lately that I've switched back to old school starting strength style lifting. Work up to one failure set on squats, then the same on bench, then a bunch of rows or dead lifts. Tbh feels good in a way. Very efficient time wise and you know your hitting everything.

This is current. Unfortunately I had some setbacks. I hurt my shoulder a few months back and was out of the gym for 6 weeks. I got into some bad habits and lost at least 10lbs as well.
I was able to turn it around and get back to where I was before all the nonsense.
I'm 49. Mostly just trying to maintain at this point.USMC 95-2000
