Not having intimacy has given me mental issues

Ok so I've figured out that I can be social I've socialized most of the day the last two days but I still have mental issues like nihilism, cant focus on anything and other chit from lack of intimacy. What are you supposed to do about this? Not having intimacy is always in the back of my mind and it bothers me constantly.

At times when I felt frustrated w/ dating I tried to not get too down on myself and almost treated it as a game ie seeing what worked and what didnt in my interactions and attempts to escalate. If you feel good about yourself (ie lifting/career) then know it's just tweaking how you approach/interact with women.

As hard as it is, if you come off as "desperate" or resentful towards women things are far more likely to go poorly.

I don’t know your entire situation minus what I just read on this thread a minute ago.

My take on it is this:

You’re a strong, healthy young man. I understand you don’t want to be selfish but there comes a time where you have to put yourself FIRST in order to make everyone around you happy.

No one can tell you what to do because no one is in your shoes, ultimately the decision will be your own.

Whatever that decision is the one thing that is most important is to prioritize yourself to make your life better. Without you, there is no your life.

Develop friendships and learn to just talk to women without even trying to pick them up. Keep putting yourself out there and things will work out.
Sexual intimacy with strangers is overrated imo.
Went to the bar with a friend tonight for first time since I broke up with my ex a month ago.
Left with a girl I just met about an hour later. Sex was good but honestly sex with a girl you really get a long with is always 10x better.

Not breaking up because you're afraid of being alone will leave you becoming worn down and resentful. Sure it is easier, but be a man and take the difficult road and you'll be rewarded in the long term.

I can relate to him being in a sexless relationship as I've been in a sexless marriage for 15 years. I know there is the fear of being alone. I moved out 3 times and I really missed my daughter and my house, so I moved back home. But in his case he doesn't have kids with his gf.

EOD can you get her to work out with you so that she can become fitter? You mentioned she was about 220 lbs? I mean she can fix that, and she can quit smoking. Perhaps sit her down and talk to her about these things and how you can become intimate again. She can't be happy if you won't have sex with her.

Although she can change the smoking and obesity, but if she is hyper liberal and uses the n word, then I doubt you can change that. Usually smoking kills one's appetite, so I don't know why she's obese?
