I punched a hole in my bathroom door today during the Skins/Giants game earlier. I broke a desk in my basement a couple of weeks ago during the Michigan loss to Oregon. I wish I had a video of myself because I was so pissed they weren't tackling that I said to myself "This is how you ****ing tackle you stupid muther****ers!", and proceeded to pick the table up and throw it to the basement floor, with myself landing on it and breaking the legs and table in half.

yea, especially when it's the 49ers, USC and the Lakers playing, I get really pissed off and tense. I'll yell and throw shiet around. My cousin is die hard Steelers fan, when they won the superbowl he went out to his front yard and started crying, we ended up pooring an 18 pk of bud light on him.

Yeah I was pretty pissed off. Browns owned the Steelers in the 80s and early 90s, but most Steelers fans try to forget about that.
The good thing about the Steelers fans around here - they're all talk and no bite. They usually get rowdy at the local bars and start pissing people off which usually leads them to getting a good beating.
I do respect their fans, however. They're dedicated unlike Bengal fans.

I was working as a baker a few years back when the Pack met the Eagles in the playoffs. I traded off my shift for the Pack/Seahawks game but I couldn't get rid of it for the Eagles the next week. I told my bosses I was either setting up a TV next to the bake table or I wasn't showing up to work, so naturally I wound up bringing in a TV and pretty much made the food between plays.
Anyways, to get to the point, when McNabb converted that damn 4th and 26, I was not a happy man. **** got thrown around and the stream of profanities that came out of my mouth was definitely heard all the way out front and probably wasn't good for business.

Not even the punching bag in my basement is enough to relief the anger I feel at times. When I'm really angry, I always feel the need to break something, and scream at the top of my lungs! It's good to get it out though because then I just realize its a stupid meaningless game, and most of the players care less about it than the fans do which is the sad thing.

I have a foam "Vikings Brick" I can throw at the TV.
That, and my girlfriend says she hears shouts of "WHAT THE F ARE YOU DOING!!!?" coming from the living room during football, but I don't remember doing it, also, quite a few "Tackle that son of a b**ch already!" and so forth.
I've never physically damaged anything though, not yet anyways.

same here I get into it with Fights more so especially when the guy is hanging on a thread and he is on the verge of coming back.
As far as sports only really during basketball because its so active not much pauses in the game so its easy to get mad when the guy misses a shot or doesnt take on during the last few minutes.
