In all seriousness you need to bulk up. Bodyfat is low as well as muscle mass. This is a good thing because at least you're able to stay lean, but you'll have to force feed yourself to get your muscle mass up. I recommend just drinking calories since you can afford to do so anyway, and they're a very easy way to put yourself in a calorie surplus.
