Hello. I'm doing the Fierce 5 dumbbell routine. I am unable to do walking lunges because of limited space. 1'd like to know if stationary lunges can be an alternative.

It's fine.
Waking lunges
Standing Rev lunge
Standing lunge
Split squat
Ffe split squat
Rfe split squat (commonly called bss)
Vert torso
Leaned torso
Short stride (knee forward)
Long stride (very shin)
Db/bb/ssb/sandbag/vest ect
All great, all slightly different angles ect for helping with overuse issues..
All very viable options for F5 or anything really...
Just pick one and go for it xDLast edited by MyEgoProblem; 01-28-2021 at 06:34 AM.
