It's like coming into the 10's I felt like the 00's wasn't as good of a decade as the 90's, and I still feel that way to be honest, but the 10's were such utter chit from a cultural perspective that it's like looking back at the 00's gives good old days things being more simple kinda vibes. Like the music was a lot better, the games weren't centered around online chit, we watched our movies on DVD, and our cell phones were just phones. If you were doing social media it was just posting on forums, using instant messenger, or doing some kind of simple bullchit like myspace sites. It's amazing how smart phones and being constantly connected to the internet ruined everything.

Yeah. On a related note though, at least for me, it encourages me to appreciate the present. I still remember the past as much better than today, but try and appreciate today because I think in 10 years, I’ll look back fondly on it.

Yeah the internet had a whole wild west vibe going for it back then, everything was so much smaller and sketchier back then, so much crazy chit out there on all sorts of undergound sites, downloading chit was the big thing and you could stumble upon all sorts of crazy information all over the place. It was such a different scene from how it is now days with mega-corporations running everything and streaming services ruling the media landscape. Censorship was pretty much unheard of back in the 00's internet, now a days the net feels very censored.
