Restarting lifting/cardio program.
Plan on lifting first for 45 min-1hour
Then Moderate cardio 15-20 min
Have slightly elevated cholesterol and BP
Any recommendations for preworkout drink on market keeping goals and concerns in mind?

What pre you may want to use is going to be based on do you want feelings of energy, pumps, focus or some combo of the three."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."
