Restarting lifting/cardio program.
Plan on lifting first for 45 min-1hour
Then Moderate cardio 15-20 min
Have slightly elevated cholesterol and BP
Any recommendations for preworkout drink on market keeping goals and concerns in mind?

If you're looking for non-stim, Kaged Muscle put out a stim-free version of Pre-Kaged a couple months back. I've been using it for my later workouts.
