I have decided to start my own training log! Lifting is my form of meditation. When I’m training, my mind is focused only on the task at hand. Come on in and join me on my journey if you wish! Nothing but positive vibes! My training style is heavily influenced by the golden era bodybuilders. My father was into bodybuilding recreationally during the late 70s and early 80s. He is the one that wrote my earliest lifting routines. I still follow them to this day!

Warm up - Wide grip pull-ups 2x20@BW
1. Snatch grip deadlifts

2. Seated cable row (2 sec. squeeze each rep)

4. Bent over 2 arm DB row

Rest day
Ayyy rest day today. Tomorrow is legs. I like to take a day off between back and leg day. Also, I figured I might as well add my diet to this log.
Yesterday (back,bis,forearms) was a “medium” day.

F- 80g
Today (rest day) is a “low” day.

C- 75g
F- 100g

This is a better looking quarter turn.
The top one would be better as and angled "full on" front pose.
This looks good as a front on pose.
Your waist doesn't look wide.
Just twist the right hip back a bit as you did in the quarter turn pic.
I think it looks better with a bit of a twist of the hip
