Probably grabbing Renaissance as it is more citrusy less spicy. Plus it's $180 for 100 ml compared to Nio at $200 for 50 ml.

Nio isn’t spicy at all. It actually really similar to mugler cologne. Nio been very realistic and hypnotizing aroma but mugler cologne been synthetic af + a bit spicier . The quality of nio is more stunning than the scent itself.

Sotn mugler cologne and nio

Nio leaves a scent trail even with its low projection and last for 8-10hr. @3-4 sprays
Mugler is a nuke for 2hrs and last 4-5hrs @6-8 sprays

Saudi is fuking awesome man. *******s at Roja don't ship to me. Even if they did, there's been a bunch of issues with customs on my island. I really wanted to buy one of those Roja Saudi heritage bottles they recently did for customers but couldn't and still can't due to those issues.

SOTD : Alexandria - Peace of Mind (2ml sample)

This is their Bond No 9 Scent of Peace clone. Im probably the biggest SOP homer ITT, it has been on my favorites list since the moment I first smelled it. I am very familiar with it, let's just say that.

Peace of Mind is nice, but it just doesn't compare. It's barely even close.

If I had never smelled SOP and just got this sample of Peace of Mind I would think "Oh wow, this smells pretty good! I'll be damned. I would buy a bottle of this."

But already owning SOP, the differences are great. The opening isn't nearly as zingy as the original, not nearly as bright and fruity. The mid and dry down just smell kind of......off. Almost kind of "muted" for lack of a better term. It smells like new carpet.

Scent of Peace performance is borderline nuclear strength. Two sprays fills a room and lasts all day into the evening on me. I put on 5 sprays from the Peace of Mind atomizer and the performance is rather disappointing. As with all things, maybe the performance will pick up the longer it "macerates" or whatever the cool kids say.

This is one of those rare swing & miss for Alexandria. I would happy pay double for the original and get a superior product.

Very different. There is no powder in this one. It's a dark fruity leather and cypriol fragrance and some oud. Some find it animalic, but i don't really. It has leather in there, so im not sure this is something you will like. It's really powerful though, i just got a 10ml decant that should hold me till i find a deal on a partial.

Finally a negative review from you lol. I feel like when I REALLY love a scent, I'm extra critical of how a clone compares. The dark knight clone to me is basically the opening spray of black phantom. You take a snapshot of that opening, extend it for the entire duration and that's the clone. It doesn't develop like the OG and that's what is disappointing because the OG gets so fuking smooth in the heart.

Valiant, I'll rate a 6.5 out of 10. It's one of my favorites from BTV, but it is no where worth MSRP. The smell is pretty nice, but a bit on the feminine side, especially the florals in the opening. It lasts a long time, and I get tired of it after a while, (like most BTV). I like the vanilla and sandalwood drydown. It's def worth sampling, but I wouldn't pay a ton for it
