    3 Consecutive Days Training

Hi, I would say I am an intermediate level lifter, definitely not massive but certainly packed on a bit of size relative to my genetics. I have been training consistently doing 3 sessions per week spread throughout the week for a couple of years.

Due to a change in my circumstances, it would be ideal if I could hit the gym on 3 consecutive days of the week. What this would mean is that I would have 3 days 'on' and 4 days 'off' in a week. Will having 4 days off be a big deal? Or would it definitely be better if I could spread the days out a little bit more even though it would be a bit inconvenient for my lifestyle?

If in the former case of 3 days on and 4 days off would it be advisable to lower the calorie intake on the 4th off day seeing as I wouldnt have trained for a while and there would be a lack of muscle stimulus?

Maybe I'm just overthinking it all?

If you only want to workout 3 days a week I don't see why this would be a bad choice.
I'd recommend you try to add one more day to your 'on' days if you could though.

Depends on your goal if you should eat more/less on your days off.
If you have the same previous goals, and were reaching them, don't see why you would want to change your diet. Unless your goals have changed.
